We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or errors in product information. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, designs, dimensions and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printing processes and the handmade or production characteristics of individual products.
Product images may include mock-ups for presentation purposes. Please refer to the individual product description for the specifications of the product being purchased.
3. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Some products may be personalised with names, text, images, logos or other customer-provided content.
Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, wording and other information they submit for personalisation before placing an order.
By providing an image, logo, text or other material for personalisation, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material and to authorise us to reproduce it for your order.
We reserve the right to refuse personalised content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise inappropriate for us to reproduce.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the store. Applicable delivery charges and any taxes payable by the customer will be shown during checkout where appropriate.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may not normally be returned or cancelled simply because the customer has changed their mind. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the designs, graphics, illustrations, branding, text and other original content displayed on our store are owned by or licensed to NeuroBridge Research Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
